By the end of the program, participants will develop a digital-first mindset, master key tools, and embrace agility, AI, and data-driven decision-making. They will leave with an actionable plan for digital transformation and continuous upskilling.

Digital Branding
By the end of the program, participants will be able to understand the effectiveness of visual storytelling by quantifying the data gathered from media channels, decoding the consumer’s voice, and ensuring that the cultivation of brand ownership and engagement is also prioritized.

Data Analytics and AI
By the end of the program, participants will have a basic understanding of data analytics and data-gathering techniques on their social media platforms and consumer engagement points over two sessions. From search engine optimization and predictive models to creating better engagement with consumers, the short course will upskill participants to lead to migration to a partial or full digital channel.

Customer Engagement
By the end of the program, participants will be able to deconstruct and understand consumer perception. These fundamentals will concretize topics on Audience Gratification vs Regulation, as well as how Trendjacking and Brand Authenticity is used and maximized and lastly, how content repurposing allows new trends to emerge organically.
